Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They are a binding contract between Al Kumas and you.

All information provided to us will be treated confidentially. Customers must provide complete and accurate information. Any new features or tools added to our website will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on our website. We reserve the right to update, change, and replace any part of our Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use and access to our website constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Amendment in Services or Prices
Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. The prices and shipping charges shown during the online ordering process do not include any duties or levies applicable in any country. Products offered on the website are subject to availability at the time of placing your order. Al Kumas reserves the right to alter or discontinue any service (or any part of content thereof) without notice.

Deliveries

Domestic:

We strive to deliver all orders within a maximum of 7 working days for deliveries within Pakistan. If you choose the cash on delivery (COD) method for delivery in Pakistan, it is mandatory to pay the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery. As part of our corporate policy, we do not offer personalization on COD orders. For further clarification, please contact us at info@al-kumas.com.

International:

For international orders, please allow a maximum of 15 working days for deliveries via courier. Any customs, excise, or other duties and levies (if applicable) must be paid by the customer. If applicable, these charges will be in addition to the shipping charges mentioned on the website.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Al Kumas strictly follows a ‘No Refund’ policy. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. However, exchanges may be allowed in exceptional cases. The exchange policy will only apply if the order has been processed via Credit Card or Online Bank Transfer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item upon your request. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice).
  • The items must not have been personalized.
  • Our Customer Support team must be notified within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in their original Al Kumas packaging.
  • If you choose an item of lesser value in exchange, the differential amount will not be refunded. If you select an item of greater value, you will need to pay the differential amount.

Complaints must be raised within 3 working days after receiving the parcel along with the invoice via call or email. After reviewing the request, our Customer Support team will take approximately one week to process your claim.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Cancellation must be communicated to our Customer Support team at info@al-kumas.com prior to processing. Please note that once the order has been processed, Al Kumas cannot cancel the order.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information. Al Kumas may also cancel orders for any reason, such as:

  • Incomplete information
  • No response from the customer for a query
  • If you have chosen ‘Online Bank Transfer’ as the payment method but have not shared the payment reference for more than 3 working days
  • If you have placed the same order twice; we may cancel one order if no response is received from your end.

Currencies Other Than PKR
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). However, if you are using the currency conversion feature provided on the website, please note that all currency conversions are estimates and may not reflect the exact price of an item. The final price of an item is converted from the prevailing US dollar exchange rate to Pakistani Rupees.

Any bank charges or commissions for currency conversion are additional charges imposed by the bank and are not the responsibility of Al Kumas.

Color Variation
We strive to ensure that all color swatches shown on our website closely match the actual product. However, there may be minor variations in leather shades due to the natural characteristics of leather or because colors viewed by the customer can differ based on screen resolutions and pixels.
