Secure Transactions
At Al Kumas, we prioritize your security. Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process. All personal information will be treated confidentially, and any new features or tools added to our website will also be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing and Availability
Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. The prices and shipping charges displayed during order placement do not include applicable customs duties or taxes. All products offered on AlKumas.com are subject to availability. Al Kumas reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or product without notice.
Delivery Information
Domestic Deliveries:
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days for addresses within Pakistan. If you choose the cash-on-delivery (COD) payment method, please ensure you pay the exact amount in cash upon delivery. Personalized items are not available for COD orders. International Deliveries:
For international orders, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery due to varying customs processes. Excess duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges listed on our website.
Refund and Exchange PolicyAl Kumas has a strict 'No Refund' policy. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. However, we may consider exchanges in exceptional situations under the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
- Items must not have been personalized.
- Customers must notify our Customer Support team within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Products must be unused, with tags intact, and in original Al Kumas packaging.
- If you choose an item of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded. If you opt for an item of greater value, you must pay the price difference.
Any complaints must be raised within 3 working days of receiving the parcel, along with the invoice, via call or email. Our Customer Support team will take approximately one week to process your claim.
Order CancellationYou may cancel your order at any time before it is processed. To do so, please contact our Customer Support team at info@alkumas.com prior to processing. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Al Kumas reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to:
- Incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Lack of response from the customer to our inquiries.
- Failure to provide a payment reference within 3 working days for Online Bank Transfer orders.
- Duplicate orders, in which case we may cancel one if no response is received.
We strive to display colors accurately on our website. However, slight variations may occur due to the natural properties of leather or differences in screen settings. As such, the actual color of products may differ slightly from what you see on your device.
